Onfield ("we", "us") provides workflow and field-data-collection software. This page summarizes what we collect, why, and how to control it.

Account data (your name, work email, organization), product telemetry (basic usage events), and any data your workers submit through workflows you design. We do not sell personal data.
— 02how we store it.
Data is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure inside the region you choose at sign-up. Workflow submissions are encrypted at rest and in transit.
— 03your controls.
You can export, archive, or delete any workspace from the admin console. Submit data-subject requests to privacy@onfield.app.
